Do you easy access or difficult access?

Easy Access:
Your spa is sitting on a concrete pad or wooden deck and is NOT sunk in a deck. It also has at least 3’ of access on all 4 sides.

Difficult Access:
Your spa is sunk in a deck or doesn’t have at least 3’ of access on all 4 sides.

If you select easy access and you don’t have easy access, you will be billed the additional amount owed for difficult access. The price show is for up to 1 hour of labor (1 minute or 60 minutes are billed as 1 billable hour.) If the service call goes over 1 hour, then you will be billed additional labor. This price is only for up to 1 hour of labor and the trip charge. All parts and materials are sold separately.

Terms and conditions of service:

We never give times because we never know how long one thing to the next will take. Here is what we can tell you. It will never be in the morning; it will either be afternoon or evening. Yes, we work past dark, and yes, we have battery powered lights on the truck. This does happen frequently, especially in the winter when the days are shorter. What we can tell you is that we always call first when we leave the job before you because that is the only time that we will know when we are on the way. We won’t know the day before or the day of service; we will only know when we leave the job before you. This way you don’t have to take a day off work or sit around the house all day like you do waiting for the cable guy. If don’t answer when we call, we’ll give you a few minutes to call back. If we still don’t hear back from you, we will move on to another job. If you don’t answer our call or call us back, you will forfeit your service call and your money. There are no cancellations permitted. You may reschedule your appointment once. After that, you forfeit your service call and your money. All sales final! No returns! No refunds! All rights reserved!

When paying for additional hours and materials in person, cash is always preferred. A check is also acceptable. If you pay with any kind of “plastic”, debit card or credit card, then we add 6% for swiped and chipped transactions, and 7% for manually keyed transactions.
