Labor is billed by the hour. One (1) minute or sixty (60) minutes, are billed as one (1) hour. Hours are NOT prorated. Add that with the trip charge, plus tax, and that is the minimum show up fee.

Easy Access: Easy access is when the spa is sitting on a concrete pad or wooden deck and has easy access (at least 3’) to all four sides.

Difficult Access: Difficult access or impossible access is when the spa is up against a structure like a wall or deck, or if the spa is sunk in a deck. It doesn’t matter if the entire spa is sunk in or just 1” is sunk in. Sunk in is much more difficult to work on. If we can’t get access to the spa, you will still be billed for us showing up (a minimum of 1 hour of labor + the trip charge + sales tax.)

Emergency Service: Emergency service is when you need immediate service and can’t wait for the next available day. Just because we come out that quickly doesn’t mean that we’ll have the parts that you need. We may have to order them and return another day for an additional fee.

Weekday Easy Access Labor Price: $200.00 per hour.

Weekday Difficult Access Labor Price: $250.00 per hour.

Saturday Easy Access Labor Price: $400.00 per hour.

Saturday Difficult Access Labor Price: $500.00 per hour.

Sunday Easy Access Labor Price: $600.00 per hour.

Sunday Difficult Access Labor Price: $700.00 per hour.

Emergency Weekday Easy Access Labor Price: $600.00 per hour.

Emergency Saturday Easy Access Labor Price: $800.00 per hour.

Emergency Sunday Easy Access Labor Price: $1,000.00 per hour.

Emergency Weekday Difficult Access Labor Price: $800.00 per hour.

Emergency Saturday Difficult Access Labor Price: $1,000.00 per hour.

Emergency Sunday Difficult Access Labor Price: $1,200.00 per hour.
